The Green Meadow Preschool is an integrated preschool program, what does that mean? 
In an integrated preschool classroom there are both children who are developing within age expectations and children who have identified special needs. 

Is the program accredited?
Yes, the Green Meadow Preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

What are the hours and days of the preschool program?
The Green Meadow Preschool operates Monday through Thursday.  There is no preschool on Fridays.  The half-day session is 8:40 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. or 12:10 to 2:40 p.m.  The full day session is 8:40 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.

How old does my child need to be to attend preschool?
Children must be 3 years old to attend preschool. 

How do I enroll my child into preschool?
Enrollment for the upcoming year begins in January.  An Information Night is held in January and a 2-week enrollment period follows.  Children who are currently in the preschool and/or the siblings of a current student are allowed to preregister in December.

Is there a cost for my child to attend the preschool program?
Yes, there is tuition charged for community children within the program.  The tuition for the 2014-2015 school year is:  $7,854.00 per year for the full day classroom and $3,927.00 for the half day classroom.  Tuition is billed monthly.   

Are snacks provided?
A healthy, daily snack is provided to the children in the program.  

Is lunch provided?
Parents of full day students are responsible for providing the lunch for their child.  Children in the preschool program cannot buy the school lunch.

Does my child have to be toilet trained to attend? 
No, your child does not have to be toilet trained in order to attend the program. Our staff will be glad to work with families to coordinate toileting programs. Families need to provide all supplies in order for training to be successful.
