Maynard Public Schools will be hosting a CVS Flu Clinic at the Maynard High School on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 7 am to 7 pm.
This clinic is open to the public as long as slots remain open. Children must be 9 or older to receive a flu shot at this clinic.
This is not a walk in clinic, you must register using the below link. Please complete all the necessary information when signing up to expedite the process. This will go thru your insurance, copays may be applicable.
